Oasis Point Wellness is a luxurious integrative wellness practice offering personalized, holistic services designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. We specialize in stretch therapy, sensory relaxation, breathwork, nutrition education, mindfulness practices, and curated self-care sessions — all delivered virtually or in the comfort of your home.

 

Q2: Are your services medical or therapeutic?

Our services are not medical treatments or therapy. They are non-clinical, wellness-based practices that promote relaxation, body awareness, emotional wellness, and lifestyle support. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

 

Q3: Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book a session?

Not at all! Our sessions are open to anyone looking to improve their wellness, reduce stress, or simply reconnect with themselves. We work with adults, children, seniors, and individuals managing chronic stress, lifestyle changes, or burnout.

 

Q4: Where do you offer services?

We serve clients virtually nationwide and offer in-home sessions throughout the Charleston Tri-County area. Concierge travel options may be available for clients outside this area — just ask!

 

Q5: What should I expect during an in-home session?

We curate a spa-like experience right in your space. We bring everything needed — from stretch mats to aromatherapy, ambiance tools, music, and soak basins. You’ll receive a calm, guided, personalized experience designed to help you relax, reset, and feel your best.

 

Q6: Do you offer services for children or seniors?

Yes! We provide gentle, age-appropriate services for children ages 5+ and customized wellness sessions for older adults. These include sensory support, light movement, creative expression, and relaxation techniques tailored to the individual.

 

Q7: Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we strive to make our services accessible by offering payment flexibility.

💳 Payment Policy & Flexible Options

At Oasis Point Wellness, all sessions must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment. We accept:

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Klarna

  • Afterpay

  • Gift Cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

You may also choose installment payments through Klarna or Afterpay at checkout, allowing you to split your total into smaller, manageable payments over time.

Q8: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. Please refer to your confirmation email for the full cancellation policy.

 

Q9: Are your products included in sessions?

Many of our natural soak blends and aromatherapy tools are used in sessions — and available for purchase in our online shop! Ask about our product bundles or retreat-in-a-box kits to extend your experience at home.

 

Q10: How do I book?
